Liz is the visionary behind Boxbrook Developments. She has a passion for creating amazing spaces and over 10 years in the industry as a Property Investor and Portfolio Landlord. Prior to that Liz was in the corporate world where she enjoyed a successful career spanning IT, Strategy and Marketing.

Gary brings a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective to the team dynamic. With over 40 years in the industry, Gary has a knack for spotting opportunities and guiding companies to success.
Gary started his property career in estate agency, in South London, where he gained knowledge about refurbishment and conversion. He then moved into the agency’s specialist Land and New Homes Department, to work on identifying potential development opportunities and bringing them to the market.
Gary moved on from the estate agency working as a land buyer, before becoming a founding member of DBS alongside Denis Minns with whom he still works today. DBS went on to develop several hundred homes.
Gary is known for strategic thinking and a deep understanding of market trends. Whether it’s advising on new acquisitions or improving project efficiency, Gary’s insights help steer the team in the right direction.
